As a recovering perfectionist, I’ve dealt heavily with the stress and dangers of striving to be the best, struggling with body dysmorphia, eating disorders, self-esteem, and self-image issues. The stories we tell ourselves about ourselves are sometimes the hardest ones to change. We can't always control what happens in our lives (though we can always control how we respond), but we can control how we speak about what has happened in our lives.
That's why I created this space: so you can be inspired to create your own story, one with an attitude of gratitude.
